Application of double row angular contact bearings
Double row angular contact ball bearings are designed to be the same as single row angular contact ball bearings, but only take smaller axial space. Double row angular contact ball bearings can bear radial load and axial load in two directions. It can restrict the two-way axial displacement of the shaft or shell, and the contact angle is 30 degrees. It can provide higher rigidity bearing configuration and can bear overturning moment.
Double row angular contact ball bearings can withstand larger radial load, radial and axial joint load and torque load, and limit the axial displacement of the two axis. It is mainly used to restrict the axial displacement of shaft and shell.
Compared with single row angular contact ball bearings, double row angular contact ball bearings have better rigidity and can withstand capsizing moment. Bearings are non separable. The utility model is especially suitable for application occasions with high rigidity requirements. Widely used in front wheel hubs of cars (some of which also use twin tapered roller bearings of the same size).
